		<description>Great article!  Gets back to the old saying &quot;Life is what your thoughts make it&quot;.  On a monthly basis, I re-read chapter 1 of &quot;How to Stop Worrying and Start Living&quot; by Dale Carnegie.  It teaches us live in the day.

Other side of the coin?  Acceptance of what we cannot change.</description>
