		<description>How right you are.  There are two areas of capitla I also think are important.  First is your reputation among your colleagues and friends. Their ability to trust that you can deliver and can work successfully with others is paramont to succeed in new ventures. 

Second is your capacity to borrow. In other words, the worthiness of your credit line is a form a capital for new ventures.  It&#039;s not just whether you can leverage resources, but if you can do so at the lowest interest rate.
