PC Quest - http://pcquest.ciol.com/
Linux For You - http://www.lfymag.com/

Both these are Technical Magazines (as may be apparent from the names) targeted mainly for Indian Subcontinent

I subscribe to Cooking Light, Health and the New Yorker and I pick up Real Simple and Texas Monthly from time to time. Everything else I read online, but my guilty pleasure is spending at least a half hour in the bath every morning drinking coffee and reading the New Yorker, cover to cover. It's a luxurious way to start the day.

I subscribe to Macworld, Metro Home, and The National Horseman, as well as my local weekly paper, which is available online as well. (I read bits of the nearly-local daily online, but the site is so graphics heavy it's discouraging.)

Good question! My current list of print subscriptions:

Dailies: New York Times, Daily Hampshire Gazette (local paper)

Weeklies or biweeklies: Economist, Nation, New Yorker, Chronicle of Higher Education, New York Review of Books

Monthlies or bi-monthlies: Cook's Illustrated, Yankee (gift), Foreign Affairs

Quarterlies, more or less: Academe (publication of the AAUP), Hedgehog Review, American Legacy, and about half a dozen scholarly journals in my field.

I don't usually read everything cover to cover, but I skim the whole issue and read articles that interest me.
