Working from home is not just a trend it is fabulous opportunity for many to balance the home and work commitments. The issue for me was maintaining a positive routine that not only supported my work commitments, but allowed my family to comprehend that I am working and the time for family play is after work. This took some considerable energy in the first few months, but friends and children eventually got the message.
