If you need general help with stuff, you are probably better off getting the same person to help you with everything so they can build up a knowledge of what you need done. It seems it would be easy to spend as much time explaining how to do things, reviewing bids, and managing work as it would take to do many tasks on your own. It is also fairly expensive.
