I have contacted a number of individuals who run blogs about time management, personal productivity, and organization. I asked them all three questions:

  1. What is the single biggest way people waste time without even realizing it?
  2. What change has made the most difference in making you effective in life?
  3. If someone were to read just one post from your site, which would you recommend they read and why?

The response has been spectacular and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading all the different perspectives. One of the participants said this project was “ambitious”. I didn’t really understand what they meant until I started trying to organize all the information into a post.

Originally I was going to publish a single post with all the responses, but there were so many participants that I’m going to break each question up into its own post over the next three days along with some commentary on each answer.

I encourage you to checkout the sites that participated. To make things easier, I’ve included the link to the RSS feed for each site along with their answer to each question.

Very well done Mark; I think it was a great move separating the interview into the 3 postings with the terrific responses you received, and I’m sure that all who you interviewed appreciate your taking the time to add your commentary -I know I did :)

I particularly liked you adding the RSS links for us; it’s a reader’s courtesy that I’ll be adding to my own postings in the future as well.

Ambitious indeed. I am very curious for the answers….
