I work at a state university and am amazed at how many extra benefits (free tuition for employee and family, workout center, wellness center, etc...) are offered by the university and by how few people truly take advantage of them. I have made it my second job if you will to make sure my co-workers are aware of the many benefits available to them and encourage their use.
