My brother had to remove a large quantity of loose change from inside his car CD player after number one daughter carefully posted all the parking meter money into it.

But nothing beats the tale from a TV/VCR repair man of the irreparable (and very expensive) video recorder he was confronted with in the late 1970s where a small boy had hidden his chocolate icecream behind the little door…

You may wish to specify the quality of tape (say, duct or electrical tape as opposed to scotch tape). My 16-month-old is very good at peeling scotch tape.

You’ll be surprised. My friend’s 18 year-old son dumped a floppy into a macbook… most likely because it was squarish.
