    I was having a remote assistant email people for interviews one at a time. I bought a piece of software that lets me merge to email which basically replaces that part of her job.

    @Anonimo – Well you could hire someone to wash your car using Q-tips or you could use the car wash and do it yourself once every two weeks in a few minutes.

    For me this shift led to taking a position I had outsourced to India and replacing it with an employee in the US.
