For an easier screenshot, Apple + Shift + 3.
You can make Windows machines not &quot;Show Desktop Icons&quot; by right-clicking Desktop and dechecking that option under &quot;Arrange Icons&quot; - it&#039;ll be safer and still equally annoying.
They might have to call IT.
